We process personal data that you send to us via the contact/enquiry form solely to handle your enquiry, prepare quotations, and to initiate/perform a contractual relationship.

- Attachments: files uploaded by the user (e.g., PDFs, images, sketches)
- Metadata/log data of the transmission (timestamp, possibly IP/technical headers)
Recipients and Processing on Our Behalf
We use service providers that process data on our behalf (processors under Art. 28 GDPR). Data processing agreements are in place with these providers.
Services Used
- Hosting (website operation) – provider in the EU/EEA (see contract/imprint for details). Server log data are processed to ensure operation.
- Form submission via FormSubmit (forwarding form data to our email): the form contents you enter are relayed to our email address for delivery.
- Email via Gmail/Google (we store and handle your enquiry by email).
Place of Processing & Safeguards
- Data are primarily processed within the EU/EEA. If, in individual cases, processing occurs in third countries (e.g., the USA), we rely on the safeguards provided in Chapter V GDPR (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
We do not send newsletters. No disclosure to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies & Tracking
This website sets no non-essential cookies and uses no tracking/marketing services (e.g., analytics, pixels, heatmaps).
Functionally required techniques (e.g., spam protection/honeypot, secure transmission) are used without consent.
Storage Periods
- We store contact/enquiry emails as long as required to handle your request.
- Commercial and tax retention: business-relevant email correspondence is generally retained for up to 6 years (commercial law) and tax-relevant records for up to 10 years (tax law), respectively.
- Attachments that are no longer needed are deleted regularly.
Technical and Organisational Measures
- Password-protected access to email accounts (two-factor authentication).
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS).
- Hosting with a provider in the EU/EEA following common security standards.
- Regular deletion of data and attachments that are no longer needed.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, data subjects have, in particular, the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16),
erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing
based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (e.g., the competent state authority in Germany).
Consents
We currently do not obtain separate consents (e.g., for newsletters/marketing). If this changes, we will inform you transparently in advance and obtain any required opt-ins. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
