Do you support patterns, materials, and branding?
Yes. We help with pattern development, material sourcing, labels/hangtags, packaging, and print & embroidery. Corporate branding according to your CI is possible.
Which product categories can you manufacture?
Broad range: streetwear, sportswear/jerseys, workwear/business, kidswear, and more. Check our Products — if your item is missing, we’ll assess feasibility through our network.
Where do you produce?
Exclusively with vetted partners in European countries. Shorter distances, reliable communication, and solid lead times.
How do you ensure quality (QC)?
QC gates at multiple stages: material intake, inline control, and final inspection. Optional AQL checks and independent inspections on request.
Can you provide certifications?
Depending on material/partner: e.g., OEKO-TEX®, GOTS (on request), and REACH compliance. Tell us the required standards in your brief.
Do you handle logistics — shipping, customs, documents?
Yes, optionally. We pack, palletize, and prepare export documents. Shipping via road, air, or sea — aligned with budget and timeline.
What are the lead times?
It depends on product complexity and workload. Typical (without sampling): around 2–4 weeks of production after approval, plus transit time. We confirm realistic timelines in the quote.
How is pricing calculated?
Materials, workmanship, embellishments (print/embroidery), packaging, quantity, and logistics. Share your target prices — we’ll optimize the bill of materials accordingly.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit upon order and the balance before shipment. Alternative models may be available for recurring orders.
Private label — do you handle full branding?
Yes. From neck labels to retail packaging. We coordinate labels, hangtags, care labels, barcodes, and cartons per your CI.
Can you reproduce existing collections or develop new ones?
Both. We can re-interpret existing styles or jointly develop and manufacture new collections — always respecting legal requirements and IP rights.
